In his testimony today, claimed Mar-A-Lago is worth $1.0-$1.5 billion, even though tax documents say it's $18 million.

I think he's trying to inflate its value, anticipating he'll have to sell it should he lose this tax fraud case and have to liquidate his properties.

That's why he's claiming it's worth a lot more than it is. As always, he's trying to con the rubes.
