In the hidden valley of Evervale, Halloween wasn’t about fright or fear but a time of quiet wonder known as “The Night of the Garden of Stars.” Every Halloween, a rare event would occur at midnight—flowers in a secluded garden would begin to glow, sparkling like constellations, creating a breathtaking, ethereal scene.
The garden would come alive in a beautiful ritual of remembrance, a night to connect with those who had crossed to the other side.
This Halloween, young Zara Liora, the newest caretaker of the garden, felt the weight of tradition more deeply than ever before. Her grandmother, Miriam, who had taught her to tend to the garden and shared the family’s wisdom, had passed away just a few months earlier.
