Verily, many who call themselves Christians do oft speak of the blessings and favor that shall be bestowed upon the faithful in the days of judgment, as though these promises are assured to all who bear the name of Christ. Yet they do err in this, for they fail to see that the Lord's judgment is not swayed by titles or outward professions of faith.
Not all who claim the name of Christian shall find favor in His sight, for it is not the mere calling of oneself a follower that proves one's devotion, but the true and steadfast keeping of His commandments and walking in His ways.
