More proof Putin is planning a second full-scale attempt at seizing Kyiv and turning Ukraine in a satellite Russian sub-state, like Belarus.
Putin’s brother-in-law, exiled former Ukrainian MP Medvedchuk is said to have received a “blessing” (along with a hefty budget) to create the future “presidential team” which will inherit Ukraine to install a regime of subjugation to Moscow after Kyiv falls.
They really believe it possible.
