I did a little mental health break for a couple of days at an Inn just a couple of weeks ago. Spent my time listening to an audiobook, doing a personal spa with my foot bath and some wraps for feet and face (not the same ones!), soaked in a scented bath, went to the Inn's library and sat in front of the fire with endless hot beverages and a book. I also went to area antique & 2nd hand shops for a few hours.
