Holy f*ck. Note to self: No headphones and always carry bear mace on wilderness adventures 😳

I had my headphones in while walking today and noticed 3 people trying to get my attention, further up the trail. As I approached them and took my headphones out, they informed me that a bear had been trailing behind me for a while. WTF. I had no clue there was a bear behind me and I’m usually VERY observant of these things. Lesson learned! No headphones in the forest and always carry bear mace. 🐻
