Pancakes Made Simple:
Whisk eggs (2 eggs), milk (1 3/4 cup milk) and vanilla (1 tsp vanilla essence) together in a jug.
YOU MUST USE A JUG! LOAO!
Sift flour (2 cups self-raising flour) into a large bowl.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Serve with maple syrup (Maple syrup, to serve) and extra butter.
