The 14 topping, double stuffed, knotted crust pizza monstrosity is not what pizza was intended to be.
Real Pizza is baked and blistered in an 800 degree gas or wood fired brick oven for approx. 60 seconds, turned once in the oven. Preferably folded and served in plain brown wrapping paper.
OMG, now I'm hungry.
