I mean, if you’re going with Originalism, the ONLY reason the 22nd exists is because Conservatives hated Roosevelt and his policies.
I mean, they hate Social Security (which helped the poor), they hate SNAP (which helps the poor), and they hate helping the unhoused… does there seem to be a pattern here?
