@MookyTroubadour I actually have a white metal roof (very thick). Cooler in summer, deflects hail, does not retain snow or big tree limbs.

@MookyTroubadour A lot of ppl get stuck with asphalt b/c they replace roofs via insurers. Insurance companies are going to go cheap every time.
