While Hilary batters CA & NV with historic flash flooding, a tropical disturbance is headed towards Texas! Heat relief and beneficial rains for some across the Lone Star State. Could we see a tropical storm?? per The Weather Channel
@ATXJane To my knowledge (aka wx prognosticators) Tx and then further north will get a blast of Gulfstream water b/c of these tropical depressions lining up in the Gulf.
