Probably everything you've input is stored on a server *somewhere*; the question is whether it's worth anybody's while to dig it out. Most personal data you shared lose value over time, and a lot of it is only relevant within the platform itself, to target those who are still participating.
For whatever good it did, long before I left I'd munged up my personal data to make it as useless as possible: They don't have my current address, phone, age, gender, or anything else useful.
