I am already reading pious and sincere-sounding statements from Democrats about "working across the aisle" with Republicans.
They have no idea how utterly naive and unworldly they sound.
They can have all the working dinners with GOP elected reps that they like, but it will only take one sentence from a Trump minion for the GOP guys to vote No and fuck them over.
They are already acting like the victims in an abusive relationship.
