@LnzyHou I got the apps and doing the gym. I see it in mirror but I gotta set targets for me to keep me motivated whether I hit the target or not. If I don't have a goal set i tend to be disinterested. Should be interesting this week because every single workout (besides 1) ended in sweat (which hasn't happened in the first 4 weeks) so that's def progress there
