Weigh in tomorrow. Last week was 233. My goal was 229. Do I meet the goal or another miss. That is the question 😂
@BlueMan2 I am. But if I don't set goals for myself (whether I accomplish them or not) I lose interest. I'm a competitive person. So this helps me to keep pushing . I know 1-2 pounds a week is the average but I like setting a bar for myself 🙂
There is no miss if you plateau. Your body doesn’t care what the scale says. Stick to your program. Walk or exercise extra if it bothers you.
Doesn’t bother me. I’m just getting healthier.

@LnzyHou I got the apps and doing the gym. I see it in mirror but I gotta set targets for me to keep me motivated whether I hit the target or not. If I don't have a goal set i tend to be disinterested. Should be interesting this week because every single workout (besides 1) ended in sweat (which hasn't happened in the first 4 weeks) so that's def progress there
Try a new exercise technique. Use different muscles.
