If you are going to mute or block someone just do it. Do not warn them. To me it is rude to inform someone of the impending mute or block.

@ThrasherPrime Performative "blocking" is one of the funniest things on social media. The people who have to announce it are doing it for the reactions that their followers will give. They are as disingenuous as it gets.
@sirgeefive It is like people that say they are leaving the group.
@ThrasherPrime I don'[t mute many people, but I never actually tell them. If I don't want to interact with them, why would I open any sort of communication?
@ThrasherPrime I'd like to know so I can analyze my behavior and if found to be in the wrong, apologize and attempt to mend things.
I didn't realize I upset someone here on Coso trying to be funny months back and suddenly they were just gone, and I still feel bad that I can't make amends.
