I am not striving to be "wholesome" or universally liked. My intention is to set boundaries that make it clear I will not tolerate being treated as lesser. I am not here to make everyone comfortable or validate others’ perceptions of me. Instead, I choose to honor my own self-respect and dignity, which means some may find my boundaries challenging. That’s okay. I am not here to cater to everyone’s comfort but to live authentically, without compromising my worth.
