When I was 11 my dad went to nursing school and I read his medical textbooks.
That's when I realized I wasn't the only one, and there was no choice about what was coming (Puberty)
If I had someone to talk to then that I felt would have been accepting and affirming, and had some options I might not have taken the drastic steps I did at 13.

@Gambit_1 โค๏ธ My child that is visiting right now is also trans and one reason(of many) why I do not and would not interact with my family is bc of things like my own mother blaming me for my child being trans.
