So all he can do is delegitimize the verdict by making it appear he had poor representation (why he picked a dunce like Tacopina to represent him) and the judge was unfair. Kaplan is doing the right thing keeping the door open for him to testify. If not then it appears he's part of the 'conspiracy' Trump will soon blame
