-I try my best to always stay positive and bring a positive energy however I am human and if provoked will stand up for myself sometimes in not such not "polite" ways if it requires it.

My mum used to say I needed a 30 second censor between my brain and my mouth to consider what I was about to say.
My answer was always if people don't want an completely honest answer, they shouldn't have asked me the question in the first place. π
I don't sugar-coat anything. I say what I'm thinking.
@Darkenyght1701 I got it from my Hungarian grandfather. He was blunt to point. People would either love him to pieces , be intimidated by him or hate him for his bluntness lol.
Youβre lucky. That kind of approach always put me on the bossβs shit list.

My educational background was seen as an asset, as well as having served overseas before taking the position.
But having the rep of being a " fire breather" was seen as a plus. ππ
@Darkenyght1701 it is good in certain positions if you want someone to whip others into gear etc. lol to simply get things organized and done. not so good if you simply want followers. @MarshScarecrow

I said " you give me π―% of what I ask of you in a timely manner, and need be I'll go to the wall for you. Less than that,or try to undercut me, and I'll find you the worst duty assignment there is".
In 8 years, they never let me down.
My deal is this: I will never ask anyone to do anything that I am not demonstrably willing to do myself. I provide over-praise and constructive feedback every time.
But donβt piss on my leg and tell me itβs raining. Ever.
