I can't get past Biden's speech last night either.
He told us that despite having unprecedented power to stop our free fall, he won't do it. He'll just leave that power right here for the next guy to abuse.
And "may God preserve our democracy"...because he won't.
@danialexis It's beyond disappointing. And this ruling was no doubt made while he's still in office because they know he will never fight them at their level.
The rules either exist for both sides or they don't exist.
@TheCard Oh, 100%. They knew he would do nothing, and even if a Dem wins in 2028 they will likely do nothing. But someday their guy will win (whether that is Trump or someone else) and then it's on.
@danialexis He needs to call them on their bluff, but of course he won't. Like you said, he's more limited than a lot of people seem to think, but there are ways to take advantage of this.
