I'm sorry you feel that way. Do you have someone you can talk to in real life? Sometimes the way to overcome such feelings is to walk straight through the pain, deal with it and heal on the other side. Talking it out helps maneuver that path in a productive way.

@TheCard like Elsa sings….let it go….let it goooooo. Lol. You’ll feel so much better. Just delete and move forward. Take it day by day. See how long it takes you to view the other site. Then each day hold out another 30 min or so until the urge is gone.
It can be done, just need to want it enough!!!
