Can't decide which I find more baffling: the continued fascination with fireworks in the year 2023 or the fact that everyone in the immediate area has access to an unlimited supply of them.

@TheCard They started blasting off around here over Memorial Day, because nothing says "honor a fallen soldier" like blowing shit up and traumatizing those that survived. We have to put up with this rude behavior every weekend until Labor Day, and again on New Years. There is no enforcement of any ordinance meant to control their sale or use. Is the assumption we ALL love it when neighbors light LOUD , HUGE fireworks displays?
