Now bearing in mind he was Commander in Chief, has criminal cases pending & is already convicted, and by his very nature is fleeing justice to an adversarial nation state with national secrets...

Good point. Also, can SS make an arrest of an individual they protecting if said individual is about to commit a Federal crime on the level of treason?
