Good morning, CoSo!
☕️😀 ☕️😀 ☕️😀
In this episode of #WeirdStuffInMyNeighborhood we have 3 cans (hand packed!) of whole chicken thighs in bone broth sitting in a box.
Obviously someone left them as a free offering for someone else to take. Are they sick of chicken thighs?? Do they taste horrendous (hand packed!) bleech..
And NOW I’m seeing the label says “for Dogs”!
So this goes from bizarre (and gross) to being a mystery. Perhaps it’s a sad story.
Or dog took a sniff and said no way!
@TheAbbotTrithemius GM! Evanger's is not cheap pet food. Super premium food is not always platable! Mom bought Champion dry food. None of us cats will touch it.
Good work Misty Kitty! I think that helps with some of the mystery.
This is serious premium gourmet dog food is what you're saying, so most likely the owner of this food no longer has any use for it and so didn't wish to simply throw it away.
So we have the intention here.
But what was the motivation? What reasonable dog would turn up his/her (their!? I guess why not, right??) nose to such serious doggy chicken heaven??
Hmmm..
🧐
Tried to! All gone!
Guess they weren’t expired.
My guess is that the vet down the block told the dog owner his dog needed a healthier more lean diet. So the dog’s owner wanted another dog owner to have them.
That’s my theory.
