So I'm trying to figure out the earned points system. It seems to be remaining stuck at 2275, even while my estimated points keeps growing and now stands at 19175.
I'm being bounced around from project to project. Is that because I powered down? Are the folding simulations lost when you bget bounced to a new project??
Don't let your machine run that hot for too long.
I rarely use full power and usually keep it on low or medium power. I'm just anxious to finish this project and claim all my damned earned points! LOL.
I'm not competitive or anything though... 🤣 😂

I had something similar happen. I basically killed that window and reopened the client.foldingathome.org
Tab. I may not have the address correct it’s from memory.
After s bit it sunk up. But still a bit lower than from the team site.
If you fire up the program there's a log and you can see if work was completed and uploaded.
I have paused and put the computer to sleep without it disrupting the WU, I haven't restarted though.
@TheAbbotTrithemius i pause them when i have to shut them down. one is intel and it runs really hot. screwed up loading on this machine so it's working a huge project. alas, have to shut it down at night. could be a week before done and on the board. little win10 beast is churning them out so it's good for something.
have i mentioned i hate win10?
