Yeah, it's a warped question to begin with, no president can just "close down" any new source whatsoever, so I'd say a lot of those "don't know" are actually WTFs...
I'm even a bit afraid that the question being asked might put ideas into blimpo's over-inflated, insecure, tyrannical head to think he can actually do that...
