You can already customize your feeds, the column widths, add more columns with lists of hashtags or a single hashtag - create lists of users and have them in a column - post 4 photos/gifs in one post along with a generous character count. Everything LOUD can be turned off in the SETTINGS. ...... heh i don't see why you complain about things you can control.
