I have a question: when I stretch my right arm, I feel a strain. It’s a similar pain when you take a vaccine shot. However, it has lingered for a couple weeks. Same thing happened to most of my family. I don’t think it’s heart related. I just don’t know what it is. Can anyone help?

@tracytran where do you feel it exactly? Shoulder?

@tracytran could be a tight bicep tendon. Probably just need to stretch it out. A good one for that is to stretch your arm out against a wall and twist the opposite direction. I'm not an orthopedic specialist but I destroyed my shoulder and still get weird strains in it around that area when I stretch it.
