@Stonekettle I think the armed teachers should take the legislature to school and have them sit in a classroom surrounded by gun toting educators.

@Stonekettle On this one thing I beg to differ. The hilarious thing is that in many areas of this country teachers have been armed since at least the 70's (I know that from personal experience). But, this was done for the protection of the teachers, not the students. Did it make the students safer, meh, hard to say since in most cases those schools also had metal detectors and armed guards at the entrances, but students where still getting knifed etc.
