Many years ago, when I was going through Navy Chief's Initiation, my defense lawyer walked into the court wearing a pin-stripped zoot suit and hit the Judge square in the side of the head with a rolled up newspaper containing a very large, dead, and rotten fish.
Chiefs do like to be entertained.
What brings this up after all these years?

Frankly, I don't even know if Nancy Pelosi owns a zoot suit.
