@Stevo It feels like people have been completely overcome by some sort of false choice bias. They've been trained that if two people are fighting, one of them must be the good guy and one must be the bad guy.
It's like it never occurs to anyone that bad guys might be in charge of each side, or that the whole fight might be wrong.
