Ok, so someone explain what I need to do to be able to upload videos on here, because I have just taken 3 iphone videos and all are 40-60 seconds each and they don't upload. I mean, it shows the preparing symbol, then it shows the meter filling with blue and when it gets all the way across as complete, the whole thing vanishes as if I did nothing.
Are they in mp4 format?
Okay, but the files are on your phone. My guess is that the site has no clue what kind of file they are.
I only use the site from the web browser, I can only offer so much app help.
@StephanieResists The videos may be too large. CoSo does have a file size limit; I don't remember specifically what it is, 14 mb maybe?
@SteppinRazor I figure that's the issue, I just don't know how to see what size they are or how to accommodate the next time I take a video.
@StephanieResists You can email yourself the video that you want to upload, and then download that video onto your computer. That way, you can see the file size and format.
