So tonight I threw some whole potatoes in the instant pot, made a creamy bechamel sauce, seasoned it up, Fried some crispy bacon and crumbled it into the sauce, Open the potatoes and sprinkled shredded cheddar, diced onions and shaved Parmesan over them then poured the sauce over and sprinkled more cheese on top of that and then threw them into the air fryer and broiled them to brown the cheese.
