@LibertySpeaks as long as there are no advertisements that give money to the channel, I will watch a fundraiser on any channel. If the company is profiting from advertising and I do not support them normally I would apply the same filter logic as always. There are plenty of other ways to give without also providing income streams to those you wouldn't support normally. i'm not suggesting that this is the case here, but presenting another perspective/idea.

It could be an opportunity for advertisers to have a statement in their commercials about how they are supporting relief efforts. There's nothing wrong with profits, as long as you are giving your own employees a decent living wage and benefits, and being charitable where you can.
This could be one of those things where you might expect to see: "Presented with limited commercial interruption by..."

@Stace I guess we will see. There are a lot of advertisers right now who are helping in fighting COVID. their companies are donating, or making product, they are putting out PSA's so with tonight, if that's what the advertisers are doing, then I personally will not give flack about it if it happens
