Is this really DC or is it FL preparing for a hurricane? Source, please. Thanks (certainly hope it isn't needed, but it looks like LA could have used this preparation for their world series celebrations!)

Thank you very much. Yes, definitely DC. Don't know that journalist, but also don't use YouTube much, except for relaxing cat music with no ads for when I need to go do errands! Interesting that it was their PO & McD's + neighbors.
