@Kinnison Also, I'm guessing this is not a Right to Work state. So much wrong with Right to Work, but the idea of preventing things like this is a good thing.
Not sure how they are going to enforce it. Come to your home, kidnap you, and then keep you until you decide to work or explain why you quit?
@nblumengarten yup. It's also a terrible strategy for management. Instead of encouraging folks to give at least some notice so you can cover shifts, as you mentioned, they'll just walk out.
