Yesterday we had the “Banana Pudding Festival” in our small town. I was happily surprised at the size and turnout. There were a dozen food vendors, one came all the way from Chicago. At least 50 vendors, we got some local honey and some CBD cream. Only problem was we waited until 1 pm to go, because it was too chilly earlier. By then, everyone was out of banana puddin!
Umm, eewww. 🤢

I was on vacation, and had the dog sitter record the Puppy Bowl for me. Just got around to watching it, and I’m reminded why I watch it every year. It’s adorable and funny! There’s a lot of fun with names, like Travis Clawse and Taylor Snifter. The commentary and the referee are great. It’s not just for kids!
Again I'll pin this.

(2) Long term and/or permanent birth control will always be available at planned parenthood, no matter what the law says: https://www.plannedparenthood.org/
(3) The National Women's Health Network also ships critical reproductive health medications: https://nwhn.org/. We will never go back to unsafe, unsterile abortions because safe medication abortions are available.

Asking for the power of community to raise up those in need. My longest friend’s wife’s mother is suffering from bone cancer, and having her arm amputated tonight. These are loving people who serve others- my friend’s wife works for Make a Wish as an example. If you are so inclined, please pray for their family. Thank you!
Interesting article on Hyperemesis Gravidarium. Another example of science ignoring women’s health.

Been on vacation in Mexico for nearly 3 weeks, going home tomorrow. Can’t wait to see my doggies! The last week hasn’t been as great as it could have been, caught a respiratory infection (not covid). Mostly a bad cough, treated with OTC meds. Then it moved to my chest & went to the pharmacy for antibiotics. Took a couple days, but much better now. Think there is some asthma involved, cuz an albuterol inhaler borrowed from hubby also helped. 🙄🙄🙄
