My job definitely did that thing that they said that they weren't doing.
The one that was causing my mental health crisis.
So, that was a lie on their part as usual.
Glad I reached out to crisis and you all at the beginning because today would have been unsurvivable otherwise.

Keeping in mind that I built the review/reporting system from thr ground up because our IT department didn't/wouldn't/couldn't.
So frickin common but that doesn't make it okay.

Particulary when I had asked my boss repeatedly if this was happening. Because if so I would look elsewhere.

Then she was promoted out and this happened. Lied to my face to get her promotion.

I've not been promoted in 5 years.
