Starting a rather brutal schedule tomorrow and going forward.

I've lost so much body weight and so quickly since September last year ... my muscles have really been struggling to keep up and my body is starting to look ... kind of awful. I need to change my workouts to much more toning and muscle work ... which means ... much more grueling workouts ...

I'm not looking forward to this at all ... in fact between my usual and the muscle atrophy ...

I'm gonna cry a lot ...
