@LiberalLibrarian Lavrov made the same claim. It's the new Russian line: the "failure" of the Ukrainian counteroffensive (its slow speed is due almost entirely to massive Russian minefields) proves the uselessness of NATO weapons and the massive superiority of invincible Russian arms (which were supposed to conquer Ukraine in 3 days, 18 months ago).
