OK, we know that keeping these clean are a hassle. We've had outdoor hot tubs and remember the maintenance. But still, we're looking at filling in alcove that once housed the clawfoot tub, with a jetted tub.
With custom design surround as well.
Thoughts?

We don't happen to be soak-in-the-tub kind of people.
Grow lights ringing the perimeter of the ceiling where the tub would be, and shelves for leafy plants. Party lights!

We aren't soak in the tub people though we enjoyed our hot tubs.
We need to fill that empty space as part of our remodel. Going with Japanese toilet too.

Clawfoot tubs are lovely, aesthetically. A jetted tub, though, is wonderful. Yeah, you have to climb in to clean it, but so worth it.
And yes, bigger chandelier!
