I am reading that SCOTUS is leaning towards banning homelessness encampments. And what is their wonderful plan after that? Or is cruelty once again the point?

@gemswinc It's squatter rights...live on the land long enough it becomes yours...that's what cities are afraid of. That's why cities are having a fit.

@Ruthat All cities have those laws? Well then, let the cities designate encampment areas, and provide sanitation, while building appropriate small homes or anything but this!

@gemswinc All states have those laws. Cities can not keep up with the amount of people finding themselves homeless. Yes, the answer to end homelessness is unconditional housing. A truly smart politician would say lets use the abandoned mall people are not going to home them and offer help.
