Rich (or well-off) people do it sometimes too... not sure it's kleptomania (??) Maybe? Sometimes it's just plain entitlement, from my perspective.

Honestly, maybe it was just boredom. I wonder if she has a job at all. 🤔 Or bills to pay. If she did, she might not be harassing school boards and shoplifting. I don't know.

@janallmac @Roaring_wolf2030 I will charitably suggest that I hope she will stop screwing around with what she thinks children should have, and work on whatever the heck is wrong with her that might keep her from making good decisions for herself or others.
