Well! I gave myself a late birthday present last night. Went to Best Buy and got a $150 Chromebook—down from $299—to take to work for my breaks and replace my lumbering Windows laptop. It's pretty groovy.

@LiberalLibrarian Yeah, Chromebooks are good for web use. If you don't Windows programs, they do pretty much what an Android tablet does.

@LiberalLibrarian Yup, they're perfect for that. I might get one myself before too long, rather than another tablet with a separate bluetooth keyboard.
