@RationalLeft It took Biden ~6 hours to declare Hawai’i a disaster and get funding underway. The governor went onto national news to thank him profusely for his swift action. This headline is disingenuous. Biden also chose specifically not to immed. fly there, knowing it would take human resources away at a critical time.
