He sees this as a clear and easy distinction.
But what if, rather than saying "I won't serve Black people," which he allows would be illegal, a business says "I won't serve an interracial couple because I believe that offends god"?

@RationalLeft I think it was intended more as a tongue in cheek reference to the affirmative action decision earlier this week, pointing out the disconnect between not only precedence, but recent decisions in general.
