So I've now seen reporters saying that there's been a break towards McCarthy, that a consensus is forming around Scalise, that McCarthy will move to change the rules, and that nothing has changed at all.
Very helpful.
@SamFibonacci Enough voters got that to keep them out of many key state offices, cost them several state legislative houses, and precent them taking the Senate... but not quite enough to keep them from barely controlling the House.
@RationalLeft It’s not a good look but it’s like watching an episode of Survivor for entertainment value.
