really its just the Republicans don't know and have never given a shit about representative democracy. Everything is awesome when they win and control things.
But when people tire of their endless wars, hubris, and outrageous spending OH then it's time to change the voting age because youngsters haven't earned the right to vote.
Guess all that gerrymandering to prevent POCs from voting isn't cutting it anymore eh?
Id say do better but they're no longer capable.

@carver_hudson Needless to say, the voting age can't be raised without a constitutional amendment... and Rs have nowhere near the votes to even get one through Congress, let alone get 38 states to ratify.
