Keep in mind there are currently no Black rabbis ordained by the top non-orthodox rabbinical programs servicing as "rabbi" of a congregation. This statement does not include rabbi educator positions. Re: US Black Jews: A quick check on Ethiopian Jews in the US brought up Capers C. Funnye Jr., at Beth Shalom B'nai Zaken Ethiopian Hebrew Congregation of Chicago, who was certified by a Conservative rabbinical court.
